Treasure Cams Team Meeting today!
We have our monthly Treasure Cams team meeting this afternoon! Starting at 4 pm, this month we will be building off of our last workshop, which was “Improv for Cam” led by Lorelei Erisis. This time, we will be using our improv skills to roleplay some very specific cam situations and real life scenarios that we deal with on cam. How to deal with problematic customers, redirecting the conversation to a sale, closing the sale and much, much more. Everyone will have a chance to try out some new techniques!
Treasure Cams team meetings are not mandatory but are highly encouraged so folks can participate in their cammunity. Also ample time for question and answer period and lots of great info is shared in these sessions.
