Manifesting Abundance on Cam
One of the things studio head Bella Vendetta likes to instill in models who want to be serious about making serious money is:
Be ready to receive it.
Don’t jump into cam seeing what will happen. Go in with a plan! Figure out how much money you need and want to earn. Have an idea of how much you can and want to work. Have an idea of the kind of people you want to meet.
I think a good exercise for all cam models both new and seasoned is to regularly check in with yourself to be specific about what your ideal client looks like.
For Me: My ideal client is aged 40+ has a great job well rounded hobbies and an intense interest in kinky sex. He is lonely but doesn’t necessarily have the time to invest in a romantic relationship. He is organized enough to schedule time and budget money for his entertainment and loves to build repertoire on an ongoing basis with one model. He is intrigued and surprised by Me constantly and can’t wait to see what I will do next. He does long shows, and I get excited when we interact or when I am expecting to do shows with him. He tips heavily, regularly buys content, leaves Me ratings and reviews and always sends gifts unprompted during birthdays and holidays. He is truly a pleasure to interact with and makes Me feel sexy ad desired and makes My job easy and fun. I can always count on $100+ when I see him.
I find it’s really useful to get really specific. Write it out in your journal, say it out loud, pray on it. Talk to the customers looking for the one, ahahaha you will find them. They are there. Your ideal customers, regardless of what they look like for you, exist out there in the world and they are currency looking for you right now.
Believe it and claim it!
Positivity and gratitude are an essential part of being a successful cam model who loves their job in my opinion.
This job is very tough, but it can bring so much joy, pleasure and stability, it can be life changing. It’s helpful to regularly check in with yourself and ist the things your content creation and webcam and career in the adult industry have brought you. Think f the things you still strive for that you want this life to bring you. Imagine all the things it’s going to bring you that you never ever considered! If you are positive, and seeking other positive people and interactions they will find you.
If you are negative, dwelling on how much you DON’T have and how much you WANT what others have, you are going to keep running into negativity and low wages and it affects your mood and is a quick downward spiral.
Create some affirmations for yourself around your work! Repeat them often have a ritual before during or after a shift.
Things like:
Money flows to me easily and freely I do not have stress around money because I will always make it.
I am irresistible and customers cannot wait to meet me and spend money on me.
My bank account and savings account are full because of all the awesome customers I meet.
You can even write affirmations with specific amounts of money you want or people you want to meet.
Light your green candles and meditate on your money.
How much money do you want and how hard are you willing to work to get it?
What would you do with your wealth? Do you have a plan for it?
I always like to advise folks to have a bottom line budget, a reach budget that’s enough for everything you need and then some, and then a dream budget that covers your life and gives you enough to save and invest. Some folks have blockages about money because of chronic poverty and reaching dream budgets doesn’t seem feasible. Some folks are so used to being let down that they are afraid to even imagine a life of abundance.
Getting alot of money when you have not been used to having alot of money can be life altering, mind altering and can even trigger stress! So plan ahead, think of taxes, banking, bills and what you need to live and get by. I can help you make a plan that gets you the money you need and build a schedule that would reflect that.
Being in a community with like minded, positive, career driven and money oriented models can also be really motivating for alot of people. So much of sex work, particularly on social media is workers complaining to each other about how there’s no money, not enough traffic, shitty customers, platforms taking too much, and gossipping about other works and business practices. If the way you are connecting with other sex workers is to complain, you are always going to be surrounding yourself with negativity and broke mindset. If you connect with other sex workers by celebrating their wins, discussing how they got there, and being in a supportive environment with people who are making really good money on a consistent basis, then you are going to just elevate your game.
All of this is a mindset shift for alot of folks. Some are ready for it. Some are stuck in doing things the way they’ve been doing them even tho it’s not working. Sometimes it takes a while for a model to come around. They sign up for cam, and do things their own way, make moderate money until they get burnt out doing it their way and begin attending meetings and getting feedback and trying new things.
